Our language programmes are suited for those wishing to master a new language in the shortest time possible for either personal, educational or professional development.
Located nearby Ampang Point, our Malaysian student found it very convenient for them as there are a lot of facilities nearby.
Throughout this years, we found out that most of our Malaysian students prefer a personal touch when it comes to registration & customer support.
Thus, in order to fulfill our local student need, we provide a more customer-friendly method for student admission & support.

The second option is, you can directly fill the simple form in each of the courses pages of your choice. Once you fill up the form, our consultant will contact you for the further details.
International Student Admission
Our programmes are ideal for international students who would like to combine learning a new language with exploring a new country and culture.

Application Procedure & Entry Requirement for International Students
To register at VIA and apply for a student visa, the following documents are required. Visa processing will take 2 – 3 weeks with the assistance from EMGS.
Students are required to submit the following items along with the online application:
- Full set of passport copy with all pages
NOTE: Your passport must be valid at least 18 months from the expected date of entry. It must NOT contain information of any dependent(s) / family members.) - Copy of high school academic certificates and transcripts. A second set in English translation if the certificates and transcripts not in English.
- Pre-arrival Medical Screening form and report (Medical examination form verified by doctor). Kindly visit the panel clinic or hospital designated by EMGS if the student is in Malaysia. Download the form here.

What's Next?
- Complete the Online Application Form.
- VIA International Student Affairs will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
- Our personnel will review your application form and email to you if your application is in order.
- If everything is in order, you are required to send us the first payment. This payment is part of the total fee. Payment must be made by bank transfer to our bank account (bank details as below). Once it is done, you will receive a letter of Offer from us.

Amount: USD 500 - Visa processing is done via EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services). Once we receive your first payment, we will submit your documents through EMGS online. You may check through this link https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/ (EMGS CHECK APPLICATION STATUS) via online and can track the stages of your application. Allow 14 days for visa processing. Once the Malaysian Immigration Department approves your student visa,we will send you eVAL (electronic Visa Approval)
- VIA will email the eVAL to you immediately. You are required to visit the Malaysian Embassy in his/her country to get the single entry visa. If you do not have Malaysia Embassy in your country, you can come directly. However, before arrival, students are required to email a copy of the flight ticket details for us to arrange the accommodation and pickup from KL airport.
- Our dedicated staff will be there at KLIA 1 or 2 for airport pickup and prepare documents for the immigration at the Airport. You will arrive safely at our VIA premise or directly to the arranged accommodation or Hotel.
- International Student Affairs
An officer has been appointed to handle international student affairs. Services provided include students’ welfare, and assistance in matters relating to immigration procedures such as application for student pass and visa, extension and airport pick-up. - Enrolment Process
Students must sit for a placement test upon their enrolment to determine their level of Languages proficiency. - Start classes
Depending on the programme, most of our new intakes start near the beginning of each month. Our Intensive English Programme. classes begin from 10:00 AM and ends at 15:00 PM or in the afternoon starts at 1:00 PM and ends at 5.00PM. Classes are from Monday to Friday. You are expected to attend all classes and be on time. - Insurance – International Student with Visa only (Compulsory)
Students are covered by the medical insurance policy while studying here. No extra cost for the Insurance Policy and we have chosen the most trusted Insurance company for your health protection. This charge is included in the visa processing fee.
