The counseling section offers psychological assessment services to students who volunteer or are suggested by the department or faculty to better understand and know themselves. There are two methods for performing the service: individually and in a group.

Programs for self-development aim to raise a person’s level of self-awareness and equip them with the skills they need to control their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors so they may utilize their full potential to succeed academically.

In addition to providing students with psychological counseling services to improve their well-being, the Counseling Unit also runs a program called Let’s Talk “WE CARE FOR YOU” that entails a variety of activities to raise students’ knowledge and understanding of mental health.
